2 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 dozen chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat at medium speed butter and peanut butter. Add sugars, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in flour until well blended.

Use level tablespoon of dough and shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven, put chocolate kiss on and bake 2 minutes longer. Cool completely.
