CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chickens, cooked, skinned, cut up or 8 c. chicken
4 tbsp. salad oil
4 tbsp. orange juice
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
3 c. mandarin oranges
3 c. pineapple tidbits
3 c. green or red grapes
2 c. slivered almonds
3 c. diced celery
2 1/2 c. cooked rice

Marinate cooked chicken in oil, orange juice, vinegar mixture. Add rest of ingredients. Mix dressing and blend with salad.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. cream (half & half)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. parsley

Mix cream and sugar, then add vinegar. This will thicken, add rest of ingredients.
