CRAB FONDUE | |
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat 1 (4 oz.) can tuna 5 c. cubed French bread 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese, cubed 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 4 eggs 3 c. milk 3 tbsp. butter 3 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. grated onion Drain crabmeat, drain and flake tuna. Combine crab and tuna in small bowl. Layer 1/3 each of bread, sea food, and cheese and parsley into buttered 6 cup straight-side baking dish. Repeat for 2 more layers. Beat eggs with milk, butter, mustard and onion until blended and pour over sea food and bread layers. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes until puffy and golden. |
