ROAST LAMB 
5 or 6 lb. lamb roast or leg of lamb
6 to 8 cloves of garlic
1 c. red wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash lamb, place in roaster, put slits in meat. Place garlic in slits, salt and pepper. Cook in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees. Add wine. Cover and cook. When meat is done, slice and remove all fat and serve in juice from roast.
