1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Mix in flour and nuts. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Cream together and carefully spread over crust: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together until thick and spread over cheese layer: 3 1/2 c. cold milk

Chill and serve. Other flavors of pudding can be used, if desired.
