BETTER THAN ROBERT REDFORD CAKE 
Bake a German chocolate cake mix in a 9x13 inch pan according to package directions. While still hot from oven, poke holes in the top of the cake with the handle end of a wooden spoon. Pour over the entire top (white cake is still hot), 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, then 1 jar of caramel ice cream topping, then cool. Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle crumbled Skor or Heath bars over top. ENJOY!
