BROASTED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cut potatoes in wedges. Combine ingredients and roll potatoes in it. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

I use only small red potatoes, cut in half. And I cook them crisper. Longer. I use the Parmesan cheese in the jar and I use lots. I use garlic in a jar powder.. I use lots of olive oil. 425°F until crisper.
