BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew meat, cut sm.
2 soup cans water
Chopped onion to taste
Cooked noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 pt. sour cream

Brown meat. Add soup, water, onion and mushrooms. Bring to boil and cover. Place in low oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Skim grease and add sour cream. Pour over cooked noodles.
