WALNUT RAISIN BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped toasted walnuts
1/4 c. golden raisins, plumped in orange juice and finely chopped
2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Serve with hot bread or muffins.
