SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 sm. box Jello instant chocolate pudding mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pans or tube pan. Beat all ingredients on low speed, for 30 seconds. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Cook for approximately 1 hour until cake leaves side of pan. 15 servings. 270 calories per serving.
