STUFFED SHELLS 
12 oz. pkg. jumbo shells, cooked and drained
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
15 oz. Ricotta cheese or low fat small curd cottage cheese
8 oz, mozzarella cheese, chopped small
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
White sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Spaghetti sauce fresh or jar

Cook spinach and drain well. Put in bowl. Add white sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, egg and cheese; mix well. Stuff shells with mixture and put into greased baking dish. Bake shells in dish, put browned beef over and pour sauce over shells. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 hour or until done. Can be frozen and used within 3 months.
