HAM SALAD 
5 oz. spiral juniorettes macaroni
1 lb. ham, diced
2 oz. jar pimientos, drained
2 c. chopped celery
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. frozen peas
3 oz. cashews

Cook macaroni in salted water according to directions; drain and cool. Add ham, pimientos, celery, eggs and onion. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, mix Miracle Whip, salt, sugar, and mustard and add to macaroni mixture. Add peas, run hot water over them before adding to salad and drain thoroughly. Add 3 ounces cashews and stir thoroughly. Serves 12 to 15.
