SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 #2 can cut green beans, drained
1 #2 can English peas, drained
1 #2 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. paprika

Mix all vegetables together and add salt to taste. Stir well and chill 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and drain again. Mix remaining salt, vinegar, cooking oil and paprika. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a large bowl, cover and refrigerate several hours. Yield: 8-12 servings.
