GREEK CHILI 
3 lbs. ground beef
2 qts. water
4 sm. chopped onions
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. red peppers
Dash of nutmeg
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Put all ingredients in large pot and mix well, bring to a boil. Stir frequently, turn heat down and simmer for 2 hours. Salt to taste. 1/2 cup oatmeal to thicken. Serve with cheese on top and crackers.
