DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Sprinkle dry yeast over water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Combine in mixing bowl with other ingredients, except flour. Add flour to form stiff dough. Beat well after each addition.

Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, 50-60 minutes. Stir down dough and turn into 8 inch 1 1/2 quart casserole. Let rise in warm place until light, 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Makes 1 round loaf.
