CHESS PIE 
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. meal
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, softened

Beat eggs, sugar and meal. Add vinegar, vanilla and butter; mix until well blended. Pour ingredients into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer.
