STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Dash of garlic salt or garlic powder
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped or 16 oz. canned
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. spaghetti, cooked
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut green peppers in half and hollow them out, boil until tender. Brown beef, drain, add onion and garlic, tomatoes, oregano and salt. Cook until tomatoes are tender and mixture is somewhat juicy. Stir in spaghetti and spoon mixture into peppers. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with cheese and bake about 2 minutes more.
