PLUM BLOSSOM CHICKEN 
6 g. chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 c. plum jam
1/4 c. cream sherry
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Brown chicken breasts in butter. Stir curry powder into pan juices. Sprinkle Beau Monde seasoning over the chicken.
