4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello, any flavor
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour with baking powder; cream butter. Gradually add sugar and gelatin; cream well after each addition. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture; mixing after each addition until smooth.
