MICROWAVE SOLE AU GRATIN | |
1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. mayo (or Miracle Whip fat free) 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 lb. sole or flounder fillets Combine crumbs and cheese on wax paper. Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise; press into crumbs to coat. Put in a micro proof 11" x 7" x 1 1/2" with the thick edges to the outer edge of the dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high (100%) 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is firm but moist. Serves 4. (NOTE: If frozen fish is used, pat dry after thawing.) |
