CHOCOLATE BROWNIES & FROSTING | |
4 eggs 1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour plus 1 tbsp. 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup (1 lb. can) 1 c. chopped walnuts FROSTING: 6 tbsp. milk 6 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chocolate chips Chopped walnuts Mix eggs, butter and sugar together. Add flour and syrup alternately. Mix in nuts. Put mixture in 11x15 inch cookie or cake pan, lightly greased. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frosting: Bring milk, butter and sugar to a boil for 30 seconds only. Beat in 1/2 cup chocolate chips until melted. Spread over brownies while thin. Mixture will set fast. Sprinkle walnuts on top, if desired. |
