1 box German chocolate cake
1 can condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 (14 oz.) caramels
3/4 c. melted butter

Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup milk and butter. Mix well. Spread half of mixture in greased pan. Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 350.

Melt caramels with 1/2 cup milk, pour over baked cake. Add walnuts. Mix rest of milk with cake mix and spread over chocolate chips and nuts. Bake for 25 minutes.
