FRANGELICO BISCOTTI 
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
4 tbsp. Frangelico (a hazelnut liquor)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. hazelnuts or almonds, roasted and coarsely chopped

Mix all dry ingredients (except nuts) in a large bowl. Mix the eggs and liquids in another bowl. Add liquids to dry ingredients gradually until dough is stiff. Stir in nuts and mix well. Shape into 2 logs. Place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool to handle. Slice crosswise into 3/4- inch slices. Place back on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes more until golden brown. Store in airtight container. Will keep for weeks.
