QUICHE 
2 frozen 9-inch pie shells
9 eggs
1 lb. pork sausage
3 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage; drain well. Mix eggs and milk. Add sausage and cheese and stir. Add bread cubes. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
