FORK SOUP 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 1/2 c. sliced celery and leaves
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato juice
2 c. slivered onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 barley
2 c. water
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Brown meat and drain. Add remaining ingredients, except mixed vegetables. Cook over medium heat for 2 1/2 hours. Add vegetables last 45 minutes.
