CRUNCHY FISH FILLETS | |
2 lbs. fish fillets 3 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 c. butter, melted If frozen fish is used, thaw, rinse and pat dry. Set aside. Place crushed Rice Krispies in shallow dish. Stir in salt, pepper and parsley. Set aside. Pour butter into second bowl. Dip fish in butter and coat with cereal mixture. Place in single layer in well-greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until flakes. Do not cover pan or turn fish while baking. |
