COCOA BROWNIES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom only of 9x9 inch pan.

4 egg whites
1/2 c. Canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour

Place egg whites in large bowl, beat with spoon until slightly foamy. Add Canola oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Stir in four and salt. Stir until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 26 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely before cutting. Makes 1 1/2 dozen. Low-fat, low cholesterol.

Note: Can add chopped nuts and sift confectioners' sugar over top if desired.
