PUMPKIN CREAM ROLLS 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto greased cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven -- loosen sides with a knife. Place on a towel spread with confectioners' sugar. Roll in towel and cool for 1 hour.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Unroll bread and spread with filling. Roll back up as jelly roll. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
