CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free red gelatin
1 1/2 c. ice water
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1/2 c. nuts, if desired
1 c. boiling water
1/2 can or 1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ice water. Add chopped cranberry sauce to cooled gelatin, then add oranges. Refrigerate until thickened. Stir in sour cream and nuts. Pour into mold and chill overnight. Unmold on lettuce leaves.
