EASY BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Sauté onion in butter until tender; add milk and cubed cream cheese. Stir until cheese has melted. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.

Serves 5 (1-cup servings).

This is very rich, but so easy to make.
