SWEET AND SOUR BAKED BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
4 to 5 frankfurters, cut into bite size pieces
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. chili sauce or catsup
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
