1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and add oil in a black skillet with 1/2 cup of oil. Pour into skillet and bake at 350 degrees until brown.
