RHUBARB BREAD 
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE TOPPING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
A sm. amount warm water

Stir together all ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Remove from pans and while still warm, brush on glaze topping.
