PICANTE SAUCE 
8 c. diced tomatoes
1 (18 oz.) tomato paste
1 (5 3/4 oz.) black olives, diced fine
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, diced fine
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin seed
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
3 bell peppers, diced fine
3 bunches green onions, diced fine

Puree juice off of tomatoes with hot jalapenos - set aside. Add tomatoes to all seasonings - simmer 15 minutes, turn off heat, add peppers, onions, green chilies, paste, olives. Pour in jars, seal, process in hot water bath 20 minutes.
