PENGUIN COOKIES 
1 pkg. white almond bark
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 square paraffin wax
Ritz crackers
Peanut butter

In double boiler, melt almond bark, chocolate chips and wax. In the meantime, make little sandwiches using Ritz crackers and peanut butter. Immerse the cookies, one at a time, in the bark mixture. Cover completely. Dip out with large fork and place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Chill. Makes about 4 dozen.
