SWEET-N-SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
3 to 5 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce, melted
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Arrange chicken wings in shallow glass container. In medium bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and Tabasco; mix well. Pour sauce over chicken wings. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Turn wings once in a while to marinate evenly.

Lift wings from marinade and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Baste every 15 minutes with reserved marinade during baking. Serves 8 to 12.
