FRIED RICE 
2 tsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped onions
10 med. sized shrimp, cut in half
1/4 lb. bean sprouts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cooked rice
1 stalk thinly chopped scallions (green onion)

Heat oil in pan and add salt. Add egg and scramble. Add 2 tablespoons chopped onions, shrimp, stir well. Lower heat to low to medium heat, add bean sprouts and cooked rice. Stir slowly and mix well. Add soy sauce while stirring. Add chopped scallions, sprinkle on a bit of Accent and mix.
