PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 c. nuts

Mix dry ingredients. Add others and mix well. Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans. Fill cans half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
