MEXICAN FRUITCAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased 9x13 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
