PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jello pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. club soda

Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased 13x9 cake pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove form pan and cool on rack.

FROSTING:

1 c. cold milk
1 env. Dream Whip whipped topping mix
1 pkg. Jello pistachio flavor instant pudding

Blend milk and Dream Whip and instant pudding. Whip until thickened, about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped nuts.
