FRESH APPLE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples, peeled
1 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. sour cream

Sift flour, soda and salt. Beat eggs and add the sugar, oil, cream and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture and blend thoroughly. Fold in apples and nuts until blended. Pour into two loaf pans which have been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
