RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello gelatin
2 c. yellow cake mix (1/2 box)
1 c. water
5 tbsp. melted butter

Put rhubarb in greased oblong pan; sprinkle sugar and dry Jello and dry cake mix over rhubarb. Then gently pour in water and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
