PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1 egg, beaten
1 chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of tomato soup. Mix and shape into balls and place in pot. Mix remaining soup, water and pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes stirring often.
