CHICKEN DORITO CASSEROLE 
1 med. size fryer, boil, skin, debone
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
3/4 lb. Doritos

Mix in pan soups, Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth. When this comes to a simmer add onions. Pour Doritos in 9"x13" pan and crush slightly. Pour chicken pieces over them. Pour mixture over top. Bake until bubbly at 375 degrees.
