2 c. self rising flour 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 can fruit cocktail 2 eggs Mix all ingredients, stir with a spoon. Pour into long pan, grease well, cook 40 minutes at 325 degrees let cool and frost. FROSTING: 1 c. pecans 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. Pet milk 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter Mix butter, milk and sugar, cook 2 minutes. Add pecans and coconut stir and pour on cake. |
