FRIED FROG LEGS 
10 pair of frog legs
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. paprika
Pepper
Vegetable oil
2 c. milk

Soak frog legs in cold, salt water for at least 1 hour. Rinse. Dip frog legs in milk and paprika mixture. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Season flour with pepper. Dip frog legs in seasoned mix. Shake off excess mix and fry legs for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on size of legs. Turn legs frequently. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
