CHILI RELLENO QUICHE | |
1. Spray an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square pan with non-stick spray. 2. In a blender, place: 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk 5 oz. tofu (opt.) 1 c. cottage cheese Blend. 3. Alternate blend mixture and contents of 7 ounce can green chilies, 1/4 pound sharp cheese, grated and 1/4 pound Jack cheese, grated in pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 5. Bale 1/3 to 1/2 cup green or red salsa on top of quiche. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cold. Serves 6 to 8. |
