1 lb. soup meat
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. rice
1/4 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. carrots, diced
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients in large pressure pan. Bring up pressure and cook for 20 minutes.
