G.'S SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
1 lb. peeled shrimps
2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 lb. ham (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
1/4 c. green onions (shallots)
1/4 c. butter
6 eggs
1/4 c. soy sauce
Red pepper (cayenne)
Tony Chachere's Seasoning (optional but preferred)

Cook rice thoroughly. Dice ham and shrimp into small pieces. Cook ham and shrimp together in 1/3 cup of water. Add butter and soy sauce to the shrimp and ham mixture. Add red pepper and Tony Chachere's seasoning to taste. Fry eggs together with green onions. Add eggs and rice to the ham mixture and mix thoroughly.
