FAWN COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp.flour
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix and beat first four ingredients; then add butter, coconut, and pineapple. Pour into a deep 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Cook 1 hour at 300 degrees.
